Mr. Bernstein noticed unusual heat coming from the dryer and determined it to be the exhaust vent.
Unhooking the vent tube let us into the duct itself as well as the dryer’s own vent junction. Our air hoses blew every last scrap of lint and dust out of the duct, and it was replaced for testing after it and the junction were both scrubbed.
